Thank you for purchasing the July 4th Flash Sale 12-Hour Post-Op Concierge Care Package from At Home Concierge Nurse, PLLC. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

📌 What’s Included:

• Up to 12 consecutive hours of RN-led concierge care for post-operative recovery.

• Care includes vital sign monitoring, medication reminders, mobility support, wound check, transportation within Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill (if needed), and RN documentation.

• All care is provided by a licensed Registered Nurse.

📅 Service Use Window:

• Service must be booked and completed by July 31, 2026.

• Dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

• Early scheduling is recommended to ensure preferred dates.

💳 Payment Terms:

• Total sale price: $500 (normally $1,500)

• Payment plans available at checkout.

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

💡 Credit Policy:

• If you are unable to schedule or use the service by July 31, 2026, your payment will convert to a $500 credit that may be applied to any future concierge nursing service with At Home Concierge Nurse, PLLC.

• Credit does not expire but may be subject to future pricing or availability.

🔁 Transferability:

• This service may be gifted or transferred to another person with written notice via email at least 7 days before the scheduled care.

• Services are available in Raleigh and surrounding areas.

• Client intake and basic medical screening are required prior to service delivery.
