Amethyst (4 hour package)
$600
30 minute pre-surgery consultation via Google Meet
Four hours of post-op care to begin at time of discharge. Can be broken up over 2 days.
Transportation to home, hotel or Airbnb up to 25 miles on the day of surgery. Each additional mile over 25 is $0.67, up to 50 miles.
One RN visit to assist with drains, dressings, and wound care to be used within 21 business days of surgery. This visit is activated upon completion of required 4 hours of post surgery care.
Review discharge orders
Pick up prescribed medications from local pharmacy
Medication education and review
Assist with getting comfortable
Monitor vital signs / signs and symptoms for possible adverse reactions
Assess incisions / wounds / drains
Update Dr. Ortiz / Dr. Jones and team on client progress

$850
30 minute pre-surgery consultation via Google Meet
6 hours of post surgery care to begin at time of discharge. Can be broken up over 3 days.
Transportation to home, hotel or Airbnb up to 25 miles on the day of surgery. Each additional mile is $0.67, up to 50 miles.
One additional post-op roundtrip visit to surgery center to be used within 21 business days of surgery.
One RN visit to assist with drains, dressings, and wound care to be used within 21 business days of surgery. This visit is activated upon completion of required 6 hours of post surgery care.

Run small errands - less than 5 miles from place of residence

This package is eligible for overnight RN services
30 minute pre-surgery consultation via Google Meet
12 hours of post surgery care to begin at time of discharge. Can be used immediately after surgery or broken up over a three day period.
Transportation to home, hotel or Airbnb up to 25 miles on the day of surgery. Each additional mile is $0.67, up to 50 miles.
One additional post-op roundtrip visit to surgery center to be used within 21 business days of surgery.
Two RN visits (up to one hour each) to assist with drains, dressings, and wound care to be used within 21 business days of surgery. These visits are activated upon completion of required 12 hours of post surgery care.

24 hours of post surgery care to begin at time of discharge. Can be used immediately after surgery or broken up over a four day period.
Transportation to home, hotel or Airbnb up to 25 miles on the day of surgery. Each additional mile is $0.67, up to 50 miles.
Two additional post-op roundtrip visits to the surgery center to be used within 21 business days of surgery.
Three RN visits (up to one hour each) to assist with drains, dressings, and wound care to be used within 21 business days of surgery. These visits are activated upon completion of required 24 hours of post surgery care.
